Currently owned and operated by Daniel Klain, CCI Partners Inc. prides itself in our client dedication and distinguished reputation in the field. This ensures that our team is able to convey critical issues to staff superintendents and local building officials.

The company was established in 1986 by Irv Puskin
In the year 2000, Daniel Klain, grandson of Irv Puskin, took over the company.
In 2016, Daniel acquired Pyramid Testing and incorporated, becoming CCI Partners Inc.
Cal Coast Inspections and Pyramid Testing have grown exponentially and continue to. They both run efficiently as sister companies.
